Responsibilities/Requirements/Educations:

• At least 5 years of experience in design
• Experience in performing interdisciplinary coordination on multi-discipline execution projects using Revit
• Preparing Revit models based on client guidelines, with a standard of at least LOD300
• Knowledge of technical and building regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Proficiency in English
• Creativity in design
• High quality of work and organization
• Experience and accuracy in preparing technical documentation
• Preparing technical documentation at all design stages, including concept, tender, and execution phases
• Experience in designing hotel, apartment, and mixed-use facilities
• Development of execution drawings for spaces – interdisciplinary coordination
• Coordinating work during project execution
• Ability to create execution drawings
