The .KTW office building complex is a unique point on the map of both Katowice and the entire Upper Silesian Industrial District. Thus, it fits into the characteristics of the place called the Culture Zone. The emotions evoked by each building located in this area concern both architectural forms and the interiors of the buildings. This should also happen with the most important and largest coworking office in Silesia, which will be built in the complex. We have created a space that combines respect for the region's traditions with openness to the future and the changes it brings. Aeon - a word that carries a powerful load of scientific and philosophical meanings, fits perfectly into our narrative. By building coherence of the message, we integrate communication and design. A warm, friendly and soft work space is combined with a futuristic common area, which is the heart of the project. The whole is complemented by details and finishes typical of Katowice. The no longer existing Hotel Silesia and its innovative lighting design became a source of inspiration for us. The distinguishing feature of Upper Silesian familoks were the window frames and external window sills painted by the inhabitants. The color resulted from the available paint used in the mines. The characteristic detail is also reflected in our design.
